bugga about sloane this week, was hoping to look at him for next year. Peter Burgoyne will hopefully miss out, bit of info on peter burgoyne, end of last year he wanted a 2 year contract, and club only wanted 1. Eventually settled on 1 and if he plays 15 games then he gets another year. At the moment he is on 13 games so I am hoping that he doesn’t play 2 more games.
Hey guys love the site. Quick question in regards to my team Achy’s Army from Wednesdays submit your team article. Fairly line ball game this week, do you think I should off-load Houlihan to a Goodwin or Fev? Or just roll the dice and hold fire with the trades.
I can understand your temptation to trade Houlihan to Goodwin (Fev is too inconsistent for mine), but is a trade really worth the possibility of gaining an additional 15 points? Not in my book.
Goodwin could pull a hamstring 10 minutes into the first quarter, which means you waste a trade and cost yourself points. What’s more, you’ll then have to use another trade next week (if you survive) to get him out.
Hold your nerve, back your team in and use your valuable trades to cover for injured premiums next week.
How much does it effect a players value for the next season if they only play one or two games? For example, what will someone like Jack Watts cost off the bat next year?

Ned,
My recommendation is to hold fire this week.

Good luck!
