We thought it worthwhile publishing a new space to discuss all your trade plans for this upcoming round and onwards.
Are you offloading someone, bringing someone in, or are you starting a three-week plan to bring in a couple of new premiums (knowing full well that a bunch of injuries will likely ruin these plans)?
Or not sure what to do? Well post your options and your thoughts and hopefully your fellow Footy Tragics will be able to help you come to the right conclusion!
Looking forward to hearing about everyone’s round 6 movement!

Well, to get the ball rolling…
Personally this week I am getting rid of Bruce, which is very exciting. My plans are to bring in Adcock – I really can’t see anyone better than him at this stage and I have made a real effort to watch him closely this year so that I know what I am getting.
I also have plans for the conclusion of round 7:
Duigan – Ben Jacobs. Duigan has a round 8 bye, so this will be the perfect time for a downgrade. He will likely peak around $250k, so I am anticipating making around $150K out of the trade. Jacobs will hopefully debut between now and then, although there is little doubt in him being a star.
I will then have the cash to offload one of Harris/Libba/Swallow to Pendlebury – this will be immediately following his round 7 bye. So this works pretty perfectly. That is unless some unforeseen injury cuts me off first…
This week i’ll be getting rid of Bruce also, has let me down big time. Im thinking the same lines as Toby there seems to be no other logical replacement then Adcock. (Grams a possibility but not convinced)
Round 7 i’ll need to make a couple of trades. My midfield consists of Swan, Pendelbury, Boyd, Foley Curnow, Libba, Harris, Krakouer, Atley.
I would like to bring Jacobs in for Atley, so i can swap Jacobs with Gibbs/Goddard (as I’m more comfortable fielding Duigan and Lower than over other options. With money made from Atley and cash in the bank im thinking maybe Krakouer to Fyfe, was originally thinking Cyril but the injury scare on the weekend.
On my radar for the following weeks thou are Hodge,Lake and Didak all looking good for a cheap upgrade
Cheers
sounds good toby.
I might do that Duigan trade as well but i might trade in Hibberd in instead of Jacobs will have both eventully anyway.
atm my plans are to trade Vickery to McCauley even though Vickery only gained me 4k but hes not going to get any higher he is a failer in my mind.this trade should cash me 100k+. i would then have 226k in the bank.
i may also trade Bewick to Polac this week or hibberd (or a different rookie?)because Bewick injured him self the other day. I could also get rid of Richardson or Krakourer, depending?
next week i have planed to trade either one of Richardson or Krakourer to one of either Chapman, Fyfe, Pavlich or another fwd Preimum that has had their first bye.
Hey Maanco, the Bewick to Polac trade is on my radar too. Polac looked very good on the weekend didn’t he?? I haven’t managed to hear much news on Bewick’s injury though, so hopefully news may trickle through today…
Chappy could be a good target next week – with his bye this week, at least you know his price will remain the same. Fingers crossed Krakouer may get another chance this week (Dick wasn’t really much better, albeit we only saw him for one quarter). It’d be handy if we could squeeze another $20k or so out of him…
Krakouer needs to go between now and the bye.
I’m thinking Otten/Duigan – Jacobs, Krakouer to Chappy after next round.
Chappy is not a bad option – especially if you don’t care about Geelong’s finals bye…
Personally, I’d like to move Chris Yarran on. He’s killing me, but there’s no-one that I can see that actually appeals to me. The other option is to move Bruce along…but no-one appeals to me there either…!
*sigh*
Maanco, I traded Vickery for McCauley. Went ahead and traded Krakour too didn’t think that one out. Is Ridhardson for J. Rienwolt worth considering?
Yeah Yarran is a tricky one… He is actually playing really well and was actually having a good game on the weekend until he got injured. Ratten is saying he is possibly going to miss just one game… But is still a chance to play this weekend.
I think that despite him going quite well, he doesn’t really present himself as a keeper. And with the likes of Chappy killing it, he is a tempting player to upgrade considering you really only need $150k to do the trade.
eebzzub, who else have you got in your backline? Is Adcock an option? Or Enright? At the end of the day, Bruce has his bye this week too, so it’s not like you are missing any extra players because of the trade. You could even wait a week to do it….
I’ve sold Krakeour this week to Iles from GCS, Next week i will trade in a premium back from either Smith (Adel) or Duigan (Carl)most probably Newman (Rich)and the following week a premium forward from Richardson (NM)most likely Didak (Coll) as he will get fitter as the season moves along and is cheap, Holding onto my rookie mids till after the GCS 2nd bye and then going to upgrade mids then.
i unfortunetly have richardson and not darling im thinking of trading richardson to darling and then upgrading the likes of krackour to a premium
Hibberd will probably play his first game this week – especially if Heppell is rested as has been suggested.
But what are Hibberd’s longer term prospects? Will he find a regular spot in the Essendon side?? Pre season he looked a certainty, but now I am not so sure
Generating cash is all good, but we want our new rooks playing most weeks for the rest of the year.
Low scores to Richardson and Bewick have thrown a spanner in the works for my plans of moving them on early. This now means possibly downgrading a Curnow or Duigan who both have good scoring potential and job security … hmmmm
Making the correct decisions over the next month will define our seasons!
There are not many downgrade targets yet?
Even after trading Krakouer to Chappman I’ve still got plenty of cash left over to upgrade other players.
Immediate problem comming up is the Carlton and Gold Coast Byes.
I’m keeping the money up my sleve just in case I can’t cover the byes with my bench.
Duigan & Gibbs in the backline with Stanley, Lower and Buckley on the Pine. I’m confident that Lower and Stanley are a bit safer after they played pretty well on the weekend but it only takes 1 injury to throw my plans out the window.
Downgrade Targets
Hibberd
Jacobs
Cripps
Lisle
Puopolo
Watson
If I end up upgrading Duigan to someone like Enright or Lake then I’ve got no money and problems in the next round when Gold Coast have their bye.
Thats 3&4 weeks away and alot can happen between now and then.
@ trrumper
Gysberts anyone?
I don’t want to make this mistake again. Players we will be downgradding to will most likley be on our benches for the rest of the year.
Do your research!!!
Because I have one dud in my backline (Buckley) I probably will downgrade a midfielder to Jacobs if possible with a bonus of getting a back/midfield link into my side.
@ North – You missed the boat with Darling
I would hold on for Richardson to go up in value. He’ll probably still go up to 200K. If he is still playing then I would not trade and ride out the game where he got sub’ed. He still averages 60 so worth keeping.
When do I start cashing in on downgrades or upgrades? Have Duigan, D. Stanley, Toy, Buckley, D.Swallow, McKenzie, Darling, Matera, Dixon and Richardson. 14 trades left.
@ Toby
I think you broke one of the DT rules by picking up Bruce
# Never pick a player that has been traded!!!
In general they take a while to fit into their new clubs structure and game plan.
Take luke ball last year – Took him 6 rounds before he cracked the 100.
I fell for this last year, picking up Ball and Buchanan Gurrr
Let me know your thoughts on this rule.
My DT is a mess and have so many trade options this week. Trying to recover from my mid price strategy and subsequently have made every post a loser. (kennedy to Okeefe, Everitt to Otten anyone?) To think I could have had Curnow and Suckling instead.
I read Bewick will be ok, miss a week at most. If so phew.
Jacobs only played Reserves in SA on the weekend. No responsible coach would throw a bloke getting over gland fever into a game for at least another couple of weeks surely?
I’m also probably going to Adcock this week (apologies in advance for ruining his season.)
Ive been stupid enough to keep Robbie Gray again this year and have paid the price. Trade down to Tapscot to enable trade up to Adcock I think.
What do you all think of sideways trade, Krak to Petrie? Petrie could become a keeper at the last forward spot and it would save me a trade down then up later. Yes I need three trades this week. Ok four.
I’m also on the Yarran to Chapman bandwagon, and semi hope Yarran has the week off rather than get smashed by the Swans on the small SCG where Sydney always give Carlton a belting.
Thank god I have a good SC team.
@ Texas
You’ve been BUSY!!!
14 trades left – You’ve been doing 2 trades a week?
Where are you ranked? I would consider only trading when your facing a doughnut or just keep trading move up the ladder and try to hold on for the last 12 rounds :)
Just hold on I would have thought. The likes of Stanley, Curnow, Swallow, Darling, Harris, Libba, Matera, Duigan et al are still on the rise. No hurry.
Yes, Richardson was shyte this week, but no pint chasing me thinks
Most have 20-22 trades remaining. Now there are 19 rounds remaining – I am keen to trade but at this stage it does not make sense. The $ that the rookies make in the next 2-3 weeks will vastly outweigh the amount that the premiums improve.
Love your site, Cotch

This was my best week 2100
Busy making up for mistakes from my draft, ouch.
I don’t know Dlow… I’ve never really thought that as a rule myself – there would be examples each way, although I do struggle to think of one at the moment! ;-)
I thought Bruce would see a lot more gametime in the middle with the hawks – he was always a fantastic ball-winner back in the day, so I probably got a little bit too nostalgic putting him in my squad. The alternative was Duffield or Broughton though, so it could have been worse! haha!
Mikey – don’t go to Petrie – he has had ONE good game so far… He showed good signs, but I worry about his consistency. I mean, it’s not the worst option, but for the same money you could afford Jack Riewoldt, who I think is a much better pick!
I’ve only used one trade so far, so am looking forward to using a couple more over the next month. Whilst I have missed a couple of premiums, I have been pretty happy with my team so far so havent been forced to trade just yet.
@Uptheguts, agree that all those players are still rising. Remember, you need to keep at least one or two consistent performers on your bench to the end. Don’t just trade all your cash cows to duds just for the sake of money – you need some cover come finals and in the byes and I think you will be much better served by a Swallow or Harris as your emergency than some guy who comes in for three average performances at the end of the year! Guys who held onto Scully/Martin/Trengove last year will attest to this…. as will those who traded in the likes of Gysberts!!
Yes, no plans to do that Toby.
I’d love to double trade, but it just dust does not make sense and I’d be delighted to hold a Duigan, Bewick, Richardson et al to the end.
Sure, I don’t have Heppell, but I’m very comfy in having 20 premiums by R20. Then, injuries will determine my trading
Will watch Jacobs and Hibberd closely, but no desire for them to play too early.
Just out of interest what are the teams names of all the writers on this site. It would be good to follow your progress.
@ Toby
I put picking players who have moved clubs in with trying to pick up midpriced players – there are always some gems but you tend to have more loosers than winners
Unless they are going to be their main player is Judd & Jolly at best they held on to their average but most didn’t improve their average the year following their trade
I dont see many viable downgrade options at the moment, would like to get in Pendles ASAP so I’ll also be looking at him after his bye. I want Ward to make some more cash aswell and try to turn him into Boyd.
Likely holding onto Broughton, hes been stinking it up and im my main underperformer, Adcock is tempting but im trying to stay away from sideways trading(if Broughton could get freed up a bit, someone said Silvagni is close to coming back in) I’d prefer trading out Otten if I had the cash.
But im going to be trading in the coming weeks seeing as it seems my team is getting shitter.
Like many others, I want to trade to fix a hole or two, but what is stopping me is having decent players to trade to. If you’re trading anyone in now, you want them to have job security, and there are precious few basement-priced players who fit that bill. The rookies all have more money to be made out of them, so I reckon it’s suck it up and see for a couple of weeks and hope the pre-season stars like Mzungu, Callinan, Puopolo, Jacobs etc recover soon, or get picked. I think it’s worth waiting for them, rather than taking on someone like McCauley whose JS is questionable.
What is the best POA with Robbie Gray? He was talked up this year (just like last year) and with pretty below par scores and a poor performance last week, do i trade? or do i keep?
He is playing a HF role, with some stints in the middle but i find when he does play in the packs he doesnt attract the ball.
This week I’m cutting Hurley from my backline and bringing in Adcock. Next week considering trading rioli out for fyfe. Also looking long term to trade out D. Harris/ D. Swallow/ T. Liberatore for T. Mzungu and upgrade Cotchin to Pendlebury. Might also consider bringing in Ben Jacobs for Stanley/ Duigan or hopefully Batchelor if he can make some coin in the next month!
Given Norths current situation what do you guys think about Pederson as a possible downgrade option in the backs?
I can’t believe NM havn’t played Pederson every game he’s a magnet and Hibberd will get games eventually for Ess. and will be great downgrade targets, Jacobs will play for Port he needs to build up fitness now due to his illness hence why he’s in the reserves, I have Curnow, Libba and Heppell in my mids and can’t seem to trade em as thier averaging 90-100 so why do that for someone whom might average slightly more IMO as i have Swan and Pendles with Iles, Harris and D.Swallow so i’m safe there for a few weeks, Forward downgrades seem to be where the trouble will be, Not so much the rookies ya have now but who’m to trade down to !!!, Maybe Mzungu and Callinan? If thier fit but not much else on offer.
I have been considering trading out Riewoldt (Nick), possibly not this week but will definately next week if he doesn’t give me some decent numbers after this weekend. Will consider trading him for Chappy or even Fyffe & then offload Krakour as well for maybe Mitch Wallis ?? Not sure..What are your thoughts. I have 22 trades left but only $14k in the bank.
@Toby
Sorry for the delayed reply re: Bruce and Yarran.
Yarran – I would like to look at Chappy, except I already have Stevie J in the FWD line, and don’t love having two Geelong players in the same line. If I’m going to double up on Geelong, I would be more inclined to bring in Enright for Bruce…but that would mean I’d have to swallow my pride on the old “Don’t sideways trade” rule. Hmm.
Oh, and to the dude with 14 trades and 10 rookies left….Good luck with that.
(PS @Toby – already have Adcock. Quite happy to say I’ve had him from Day 1!)
@Mon.
Never trade out a premium unless they have a long term injury. Period.
The situation you’re faced with is this – Have Roo lose some $$, and spend extra on another premium who may or may not perform/may or may not fall over tomorrow with a ruptured ACL (possibly scoring a doughnut in the process – think Brent Harvey last year). Or, back your judgement in, save yourself a trade and concentrate on upgrading your underpriced, value players to premiums.
Under your suggestion – what happens when Chappy’s hammy goes twing? Or when Fyfe can’t sustain his excellent form…? You’ve effectively burned 2 trades, and will have to fight the urge to whinge at your misfortune. Well done.
Much more comfortable with yours suggestion to offload the Krak though…
Thanks for the advice eebzzub. You are right, just frustrated with my choice really. But will have to wear it. Will definately be trading Krakour next week.
Many of you guys using the loop hole for your emergency?
pres tell??? Not sure if I know what loop hole you mean..the captain loophole is it?
As an aside, re: forward downgrade targets, don’t forget Isaac Smith. Clarkson was on “On the Couch” last night extolling his virtues, and suggesting it won’t be long before he gets a krack… ;)
@dlow75 I’ve read of the Emergency loop hole elsewhere, but couldn’t get my head around it – would you mind explaining for the benefit of all? I’m assuming this is different to the Captain loop hole or are they one and the same?
@eebzzub That’s great news on Smith – he’s also DPP IIRC :-) Was Puopolo also mentioned by Clarko?
He was, in passing.
“IIRC,” they were talking about pressure on the first team coming from the VFL. Both names were mentioned as showing good form, and being “in the mix”
To quote dan from another thread:
“You can do the same trick with EMG’s. You could make a Melb or WC player an EMG. If you like their score you can intentionally take a 0 on the field to bank the EMG score. If you don’t like their score you can just field a player that you think will beat it.”
Toby, (or any other Saints fans) any thoughts on Alistair Smith from your mob?
Any value as a downgrade target this week you think?
I’m not going to use the emergency loop hole
Don’t think the points difference is going to be big enough to risk loosing an emergency player
Got Darling and Tapscott on the ground with Prestia my emergency. I think they’ll both score at least 50 points which I’ll be happy with.
Because we’ll know the subs for Thursdays game, if these guys are on the field they will probably play at least the first 3 quarters
Wilson, I actually quite like Smith and I think Lyon does too. He has speed, can use the ball well and was a real accumulator as a junior, suggesting he knows how to win the ball. Also, his ability to play either in the midfield, or as a small defender will help him keep a spot in the team. Whilst I don’t think he will have a MASSIVE year, I reckon he should be good for quite a few games and a relatively healthy average…
I’m not as sold on Winmar or Cripps yet though – both have actually been quite impressive for Sandy, but I don’t think either of their games are really suited to Dream Team. Especially in their first and second years.
Will Johnson is the other Saint I could be keen on though. Has kicked four goals two weeks in a row for Sandy as a medium forward and has some good pace and aerobic capacity. Looks a real chance to come in this week for Stanley – he is also 21 years old, so has a pretty mature body on him. Obviously have a look at him first, but he is one I will have an eye on!
Thanks Toby, I’m thinking of taking the chance on him this week to free up some cash.
Will definitely be offloading Bruce this week, also. Kicking myself for not ditching him for Adcock last week. Literally clicked on the trade button, then backed out thinking it wasn’t “necessary” … Turns out I missed out on 66 points in doing so.
Ahh well..
Given the dirth of downgrade options I was just going through the Prospectus looking for Rookies who are yet to debut this year and found a couple which should come along eventually:
Daniel Talia, DEF/FWD Adelaide (currently listed as injured 2-3 weeks)
Josh Green, MID Brisbane – not on the injury list I found – does anyone know where he is at, he was Top 5 in both NAB U18 Champs and TAC Cup last year, played NAB 2 and has then disappeared… (I haven’t checked Brisbane’s emergencies, so he may have made it onto an extended bench, but not that I recall.)?
Hey guys I’m $10,000 short of going Broughton to Enright so not sure if I should trade him to Adcock this week or hope Enright (BE of 94) falls into reach after the bye. I think Enright will perform more consistently over the year. Thoughts? Cheers
@ Juzz
Green is playing in the reserves – Didn’t play too well in the NAB cup and wasn’t named int he best players in the reserves. Look out for Beams to come back into the Lions team.
@ Brock trade now if you want to get rid of Broughton
He has a bye so you might as well get a premium playing this week – Adcock is going up in value also
@Brock
On a technicality, I think you’re wrong. You will find that Broughton will perform “more consistently throughout the year,” when compared to Enright. It will just be more consistently worse…
Sorry lads, I know you’ve probably mentioned him already but what’s the general consensus on the Krak this week? Looking to offload him to free up some cash but if he plays he may have one little price rise left in him, then he’s got the bye.. but is it really worth holding onto him for that reason?
@Wilson I upgraded Krak to a Premium last week (with cash left over from downgrading Everitt to a rookie before Rnd 3).
I’ve got 5 Premiums on the pine this week due to the multi-bye, so after my best round score to date this year in Rnd 5, may once again crash and burn… How are others placed?
Hey guys,
Can I get an opinion on my rucks? I have Cox, Ryder, Smith & Bailey. Cox is great and Smith is a solid 3rd ruck; my main concern is Ryder. He has bled over 40K already and has another BE this week of 132. I have the money to trade in Sandilands – should I do it? I always planned to do this trade, was hoping it would save me some money (instead its going to cost me some) but I figure cut my losses and get onto a sure thing. Only drawback being that Sandi has a bye this week, but I’m only going for league win anyways. Let me know!
Also, those on the hunt for a premium mid upgrade, GAJ is set to bleed another 20-30k this week with a b/e of around 160. Will probably fall another 20k odd after that too and should be around the 410-20k range, possibly cheaper come round 8. Doubt we will ever see him that cheap for a while for those who are still keen on the nude-nut in 2011.
Bare in mind Gold Coast have their second bye in round 9 so after then would be a perfect time to pounce.
Will watch Drummond very carefully on Saturday night – probably looking to bring 2 of Lake, Drummond and Gibbs into my side in coming weeks. If JD is right (and hey he’s already missed his 5 games for the year!) then he’s cheap
Gibbs would want to play well soon otherwise he might cop a week or two in the magoos ala dal Santo a few years back.
Acid, personally I would hold off… at least another week. Only because I think it is Essendon’s three ruck gameplan that is hurting his output, and personally I can’t see this lasting after it didnt work against Collingwood. Freo has the bye this week anyway and it is also worth remembering that Ryder will be playing the Gold Coast!! So you should get a pretty reasonable score out of him you’d think, meaning his price wouldnt drop too far. So spend this week (and selection next week) having a look to see Essendon’s three-ruck attack. If Hird sticks with it in selection next week, I’d offload him, but if he gets rid of Hille or Bellchambers (likely to be Hille), I’d keep him.
Looking at Bruce -> Adcock this week. Thoughts on his continued scoring potential with Drummond due back soon?
Also considering Jack Riewoldt. I’m a little worried about his inconsistent scoring, but he looks to be good value at his current price.
At this stage I’ll be holding on to Krakouer. I’m hoping his low scores were a result of fatigue and lacking match fitness at the top level and the ‘rest’ will help him recover. That’s assuming he gets picked again!
Yeah this Drummond talk certainly has me a little concerned about Adcock…
Clearly, Drummond is the better attacking defender from Brisbane, but Adcock has still been playing so beautifully – working well to space, using the ball well, acting really well as a captain – that I think Vossy would still want him playing a very similar attacking role. Perhaps the addition of Drummond could help Adcock as he will regularly pull a defensive forward… I don’t know – it’s all speculation, but it is cause for some concern.
And for another spanner, Xav Clarke is another player who can line up across half-back, although I really can’t imagine him being given preference with the ball over Adcock.
Also wondering how Adcock will go with Drummond back in the team. History suggest both of them will probably cop an injury at some point late this year though :p
Re Krakouer: Mick has said a couple of times that he expects to rotate him through the midfield more as he gets fitter. When that is & what that does to his scores I don’t know.
I pulled in J Riewoldt for Richardson this week. Richo will keep scoring but he will not rise for the next 2 weeks due to his 14 whereas Jack will go up from this week. Also I am happy for him to end up in my top 7 forwards as I reckon he’ll get back into the 80+ average from here on in as Kristian mentioned.
If Heppell keeps scoring at his ave. what price do ya think he will peak at?, I’m thinking of trading him out for Redden this week.
Heppell has the capability to put on another $100k or so… So I’d be holding off, although Redden does have similar money-making ability. Do you have any players you could trade instead??
No not at this stage Toby, My 1st goal was to hold off till rnd 8 and then grab Redden then from say Duigan to Hibberd and then either, Libba/Curnow/Harris or D.Swallow to Redden, Or maybe i might keep all the rookie mids, Thier scoring well enough?, I’m trying to sneak closer in my SC as i’m in the top 4000 and rising so i was going to try to trade in premiums and such earlier then the leaders but I think i just made up my mind with a little of your help Toby, I might hold for now thanx
guys i would love some help..
obviously with freo, cats hawks all having byes a lot of people will be copping zeroes..
i am definitely going to cop 1, but can avoid the second by trading..
i really think its time to move on krakouer..any thoughts on a downgrade target?
kieran harper..is he going to have job security..is there anybody better out there on the market?
this trade would be good as i already have 85 odd k in the bank plus this downgrade which means ill end up with roughly 200 k in the bank ready for upcoming weeks..i just need a downgrade target with relatively good job security..thoughts? also have cam richardson who got dropped
@james_2315 There are a couple of comments on Kieran Harper in the Teams Round 6 thread. HTH
I have a bit of cash in the bank and am looking to improve my backline by upgrading Duigan or Otten to either Broughton/Lake/Adcock.
What are your thoughts on those 3? I think Adcock has peaked in price, Lake should drop significantly in the next couple of weeks and Broughton is cheap at the moment.
I’m leaning towards Broughton at this stage…
Pendles, Adcock is my choice of the bunch…
This is why:
Broughton had back spasms and missed last week. He then has a bye this week. If you were to trade him in now there are a couple of issues: How bad is his injury?? As far as we know he may miss another couple of matches. Also, he has NO form to warrant selection. Your trades shouldnt be just based on 2010 form – his issue has been the role he is playing (way too defensive), so until he moves back to an attacking role, he is going to continue his poor form.
Lake is about to play his third game after an injury-effected pre-season. His breakeven is over 200 points, meaning he will likely drop around $40k this week and continue the trend for the next fortnight or so, meaning that if you wait a couple of weeks (i.e. in round 8 when Carton has a bye and Duigan would have peaked in price), you should be able to get him for around $100k cheaper! And, like Broughton, it would be nice to be seeing some form from him first.
Adcock HASNT peaked in price – in fact, his breakeven is about 10 points, meaning he should put on another $20k this week if he backs up his average. Whilst there are still some reservations about Adcock, his form has been fantastic – they havent all just been cheap kick-to-kick possies. For me, he is clearly the best and safest trade option of the three. EASILY!
Btw, I would upgrade Otten this week to Adcock, then Duigan to Lake in two weeks FWIW
Awesome advice Toby, thanks. I should’ve stated that i wasn’t going to trade Broughton or Lake for a couple of weeks obviously until after Freo had the bye at least. But your comments about Adcock are spot on. It will be interesting to see his output with Drummond back in the team.
Did Krakouer – Petrie this week which obviously backfired. The only consolation was that I would have done Otten – Hibberd, Duigan – Gram this week if I didn’t do the Krakouer trade.
This week I’m getting Duigan out. I was keen on Gram, given that the Saints don’t have any finals byes. However, after Gram chucking in a stinker last week I’m having second thoughts. I think I’m going to go with Enright.
